Celebrity Status – Downton 3, #Kategate, And Millie Bobby Karen?
March 21, 2024 9:35 amFor Thursday, March 21st:
Millie Bobby Brown has confessed to being a Karen… (with apologies to everyone named Karen for the negative connotations attached to your name!) Millie admits to leaving bad reviews for subpar service in restaurants or hotels… anonymously, of course, but only if it’s truly warranted. No word on if her review name is Karen or not.
Summon the valet and polish the silver, because Downton Abbey is coming back! Imelda Staunton, who appeared in the first two films and is also known as Umbridge in the Harry Potter movies and as The Queen in the most recent version of The Crown, told BBC Radio 2 that the cast is returning for a third movie. Reports suggest that production will begin this summer.
Today, thirty-five years after the original movie starring Patrick Swayze, Jake Gyllenhaal stars in an updated, action-packed version of ‘Road House’ on Amazon Prime Video… and also today, it’s the series debut of 3 Body Problem on Netflix
J.K. Rowling has threatened a Harry Potter fan page with a lawsuit for alleging that she has an estranged daughter and grandchild. In a post on her social media she said, “This is untrue in all respects, as I suspect they already know…”
And in case you’re still buying into #Kategate… Sources close to Kensington Palace have indicated that the Princess of Wales is likely to resume public duties around April 17th — and she may even take the opportunity to clear up some lingering questions about her absence. Maybe. No promises, though!
