October 22, 2024 9:03 amFor Tuesday, October 22nd:
Ariana Grande is extending an olive branch to Elvira, a.k.a. Cassandra Peterson, after the Mistress of the Dark publicly recounted an unpleasant past encounter with her at a meet and greet. Ariana publicly apologized, saying she had a panic attack that day and doesn’t remember the encounter. She said Elvira will “always be our queen of Hallowe’en!”
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is now being accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old with other celebrities in a new lawsuit. The assault is alleged to have taken place at a VMAs afterparty in 2000.
Tom Holland will star alongside Matt Damon in Christopher Nolan’s next big project. No title, no plot but we do know the top-secret movie is slated for release on July 17, 2026.
And coming to Netflix next month, ‘Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey.’ The series promises a fresh look at the nearly 30-yr-old unsolved mystery.
ICYMI: Cate Blanchett plays a novelist in ‘Disclaimer’, which came to Apple TV last week, and is horrified to realise she’s a key character in a new book, one that exposes her darkest secret. Kevin Kline and Sacha Baron-Cohen also star. Episode 4 drops this week.
Billy Joel is set to play his first Toronto show in more than a decade. The Piano Man is scheduled to perform at Rogers Centre in March. Tickets go on sale to the general public at LiveNation.com this Friday at 10 am.
And it comes as not a complete surprise that a preliminary toxicology report indicates there were multiple drugs in Liam Payne‘s system at the time of his death last week.
