Celebrity Status – Movies, Yellowstone, And Carpool Karaoke Returns!
December 16, 2024 10:14 amFor Monday, December 16th:
At the movies, the Spider-Man spinoff “Kraven the Hunter” got off to a disastrous start in North American theaters this weekend with just $11 million in ticket sales. The top spots once again belonged to “Moana 2” and “Wicked.”
Jamie Foxx was at his birthday dinner in Beverly Hills Friday night when someone from another table threw a glass that hit him in the mouth. The police were called and he had to get stitches, but he will be okay.
The final episode of Yellowstone aired last night, and if you have yet to watch it, just be aware you might need some popcorn for this one as it’s the length of a movie. 96 minutes to be exact… 96 minutes to wrap up all the loose ends, until the Beth and Rip spinoff gets into our eyeballs. Before that, though, we will get season 2 of 1923. There’s a new teaser trailer out now.
Yesterday, Apple TV+ released a surprise holiday edition of Carpool Karaoke. Lady Gaga, Chappell Roan and Dua Lipa are featured, with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe taking over the driver’s seat from James Corden.
And Saturday night, Adam Sandler crashed Chris Rock‘s fourth time as host on Saturday Night Live. Gracie Abrams was the musical guest.
