Celebrity Status – Gaga, Gyllenhaal, And Vampires On Broadway

This week, Rihanna made her first court appearance at the trial of her longtime partner A$AP Rocky as his accuser and former friend, known by the name A$AP Relli, testified. She sat out of view of the courtroom’s cameras, between Rocky’s mother and sister.

‘You’re Cordially Invited’ to Prime Video today, where Will Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon star in a wedding comedy, she as a woman planning her sister’s perfect wedding and he as the father of a young bride-to-be. There’s a double-booked venue and then, as one would expect, chaos and hilarity ensue.

M. Night Shyamalan looks to have his sights set on his next project… Jake Gyllenhaal is set to star in Shyamalan’s upcoming film, a supernatural romantic thriller. It’s based on an original story co-created by Shyamalan and global-bestselling novelist Nicholas Sparks.

In other headlines, Netflix has ordered a ‘Little House On The Prairie’ Reboot. Think Yellowstone 1883, only it’s in Kansas and the worst person is Nelly Oleson.

And a musical adaptation of the classic 1987 vampire film, The Lost Boys, is coming to Broadway in spring 2026.
