‘Emilia Pérez’ leads the Oscar nominations with 13, setting a record for a non-English-language film, followed by ‘The Brutalist’ and ‘Wicked’ with 10 apiece. ‘A Complete Unknown’ and ‘Conclave‘ came up with 8 apiece. Some of the individual nominees include Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Zoe Saldana, Demi Moore, Timothée Chalamet, Adrian Brody and Edward Norton. Conan O’Brien will host the 97th Academy Awards for his first time on Sunday, March 2.

At the movies, Mark Wahlberg is a pilot transporting an air marshall and a prisoner in ‘Flight Risk’, but everyone may not be who they seem. Michelle Dockery and Topher Grace also star.

Phoebe Dynevor of Bridgerton, stars in ‘Inheritance.’ When Maya learns her father was once a spy, she suddenly finds herself at the center of an international conspiracy.

Elsewhere, Prime Video has announced launch dates for a trifecta of Tom Green projects. ‘This Is The Tom Green Documentary’ comes out today, with a comedy special Jan. 28th and an Amazon Original unscripted series next Friday, following Green as he relocates from the bright lights of Hollywood to his newly-purchased country farm.

And Michelle Yeoh stars in the new ‘Star Trek: Section 31’ on Paramount+

And on Saturday Night Live Timothée Chalamet will serve as both host and musical guest.
