“A Minecraft Movie” continued to build its box office clout with $80.6 million in its second weekend to take the number one spot. That makes it the highest grossing movie of 2025, surpassing “Captain America: Brave New World” with a global total of $550 million.  “The King of Kings,” an animated tale of Jesus’ life, came in second with $19.1 million… and “The Amateur” starring Rami Malek debuted in third place.

Mickey Rourke is leaving Celebrity Big Brother U.K. His threatening behavior and foul language toward one castmate, combined with his recent homophobic slur made against castmate JoJo Siwa, resulted in the long-running series asking Rourke to depart.
