Celebrity Status – Box Office, A Baby, And A Breakup… And RIP Rob Reiner

Tributes are pouring in for filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle, found dead of an apparent homicide at their Brentwood home yesterday. Both had sustained stab wounds and their son, screenwriter Nick Reiner, has now been arrested. It has been said that Rob and Nick were in a heated argument Saturday night at Conan O’Brien’s Christmas party. Rob Reiner is known for some of the most iconic films of our time, including “When Harry Met Sally,” “Stand by Me,” “The Princess Bride,” “This Is Spinal Tap,” and “A Few Good Men.”

At the box office, “Zootopia 2” reclaimed the No. 1 spot, earning $26.3 million in its third weekend of release. It has now grossed $1 Billion worldwide.  “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” found itself in second place, with “Wicked: For Good” in third… and the new release “Ella McCay” managed just $2.1 million
