Celebrity Status – The Oscars, Clooney’s Kiss, And A Wild Lawsuit

The five finalists on Survivor battled it out for a million dollars last night. And after all was said and done, the Survivor 49 winner is… former newscaster Savannah Louie, who many thought would be gone soon after the merge. Savannah and fourth place finisher Rizo were revealed as the final two contestants for the 50th season. It’s a veritable who’s who of former contestants, and host Jeff Probst says it will be the best season ever. Survivor 50 premieres Feb. 25th on CBS.

George Clooney says he’s no longer doing *this* in movies, after having a chat with his wife a few years ago. He says he won’t be smooching any more women on screen after having a discussion with his wife, Amal Clooney, and not because she won’t let him; he says it’s about his age.

The Oscars made a shocking announcement this week, breaking 76 years of tradition. The Academy Awards will be available to stream for free worldwide on YouTube, starting with the 101st ceremony in 2029.

And a new lawsuit claims that Riley Keough – daughter of Lisa Marie Presley –  is the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest son, born in 2010. The complaint alleges that she was paid between $10,000 and $20,000 to donate eggs to John Travolta and Kelly Preston.
