At the movies, the story of Cathy and Heathcliff from ‘Wuthering Heights’ is getting new life and a new spin from writer-director Emerald Fennell in her take on the classic novel. Margot Robbie, who will be on Seacrest tonight, and Jacob Elordi star. And Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry, Mark Ruffalo, and more star in the crime thriller ‘Crime 101’ about a jewel thief planning a huge heist.
Also in theatres… a small goat, voiced by Caleb McLaughlin of Stranger Things, gets a once-in-a-lifetime shot to join the pros and play roarball in ‘GOAT.’ The NBA’s Steph Curry, David Harbour of Stranger Things, Nicola Coughlin from Bridgerton and Jelly Roll also star.
On the small screen, Tyler Perry’s ‘Joe’s College Road Trip’ comes to Netflix today… also, The Simpsons has its season finale, which also just happens to be its 800th episode. And ICYMI: Only Murders in the Building Season 5 is now streaming on Disney+
And in other headlines, Blake Lively failed to settle her sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin Baldoni this week, after a day-long mediation in federal court. Lively has accused Baldoni of harassing her on the set of “It Ends With Us.” The two will go to trial in May.
