Sad news yesterday… Martin Short‘s 42-yr-old daughter Katherine took her own life. A rep for Martin Short said the family is ‘devastated’ by the loss and ‘Katherine was beloved by all.’ The family has asked for privacy at this time.

Rachel Reid, the Canadian author of ‘Heated Rivalry’ is delaying the release date of ‘Unrivaled’ as she deals with her busy promotional schedule and worsening symptoms of Parkinson’s. Expect her third book in the series in June of next year, and then potentially another season in the TV series. And side note: The Cottage from the season finale is on Lake Muskoka and is now available to rent on Airbnb… if you can afford it!

Taylor Swift is feeling #1… To celebrate her single “Opalite” hitting number one on the Hot 100, she posted some behind-the-scenes clips from the making of the song and its video.

Samuel L. Jackson‘s long-gestating “Tulsa King” spinoff is finally moving forward — but with a new title and setting. Paramount+ announced Tuesday that “Frisco King” — formerly titled “NOLA King” — will be written by “Tulsa King” creator Taylor Sheridan. Season 1 will start production next month in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Winona Ryder will be joining the cast of ‘Wednesday‘ for season 3, currently in production.
