Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar for Anne Hathaway’s cover story published this week, Meryl Streep recalled attending Milan Fashion Week with the cast of The Devil Wears Prada 2 and being “struck” by the models’ slim frames. She said that Anne Hathaway “went to the producers and secured promises that the models in the fashion show [for the movie] would not be so skeletal!” The official trailer for The Devil Wears Prada 2 is out now.

At the movies this weekend… in Forbidden Fruits, an employee secretly runs a witchy femme cult in the basement of the mall store after hours. Lili Reinhart, Alexandra Shipp and others star. In They Will Kill You, a woman takes a job as a housekeeper in a NYC high-rise, unaware of the building’s history of disappearances. Also in theatres, Ready or Not 2, with Samara Weaving, Sarah Michelle Geller, and Elijah Wood.

On Disney+… James Marsden, Vince Vaughn, and Eiza González are ‘Mike & Nick and Nick & Alice’, in the dangerous world of organized crime. And Saturday Night Live – UK streams Sunday on Peacock with host Jamie Dornan.

And The Junos are this Sunday night from TD Coliseum in Hamilton. Performers include Arkells, The Beaches, Cameron Whitcomb, Sarah McLachlan, Sofia Camara and more! Nelly Furtado’s induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame includes performances from Alessia Cara, Jully Black, Shawn Desman and special guests. To further mark the occasion, a Nelly Furtado exhibition opened this week at the National Music Centre in Calgary, home of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
