For Monday, March 2nd (yes, March!):

British singer-songwriter Olivia Dean swept the Brit Awards Saturday, claiming four prizes at the UK’s biggest annual music celebration. Just weeks after winning the Best New Artist Grammy, she bagged the evening’s most coveted Album Of The Year award, and also won Best Artist, Best Pop Act and Song of the Year for the single “Rein Me In” with Sam Fender. Lola Young picked up best breakthrough artist, and Ozzy Osbourne’s wife Sharon and daughter Kelly accepted his posthumous Lifetime Achievement award.

At the Actor Awards, formerly known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Michael B. Jordan pulled off a shocking upset over Timothée Chalamet for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for ‘Sinners’, which also won Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a movie. Other winners included Jessie Buckley and Sean Penn and on the small screen, winners included Noah Wyle, Keri Russell, and the late Catherine O’Hara. Her co-star on The Studio, Seth Rogan — who also won — accepted on her behalf with an emotional speech.

On a related note, Catherine O’Hara was part of a legendary chapter of Canadian comedy. And for the first time ever, SCTV will be available to stream starting tomorrow, only on Prime Video.

’Scream 7’ made a killing over the weekend. It opened with a franchise-best $64.1 million, taking top spot at the box office. The animated “GOAT” dropped to second with $12 million and “Wuthering Heights” rounded out the top 3.

And in other headlines… P!nk is guest hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show this week, and the word on the proverbial street is that Zendaya and Tom Holland may be married!
