Celebrity Status – The Housemaid 2, 50 Cent, And A 20 Year Hannah-versary

Mel B of The Spice Girls, a.k.a. “Scary Spice” and current America’s Got Talent judge told Page Six over the weekend, “In a perfect world, we’d already be on tour right now, touring the whole entire world.” The comment came days after her former bandmate “Mel C” a.k.a. “Sporty Spice” confirmed to PEOPLE that the group would not be reuniting for their 30th anniversary.

Speaking of anniversaries, the Hannah Montana 20th anniversary special is on Disney+ today with never-before-seen archival footage and recreated sets from the show. Miley Cyrus, her real-life and TV dad Billy Ray Cyrus, and Disney pal Selena Gomez are all set to appear in the special. Fun fact: Hannah Montana was also the beginnings of Austin Butler’s acting career, but he likely won’t be there.

‘The Housemaid’ is getting a sequel. It looks like Sydney Sweeney, who played the housemaid Millie, and Michele Morrone, who played groundskeeper Enzo, will both return for the sequel. And Kirsten Dunst just joined the cast too. It was just announced that she will also be in The Minecraft Movie sequel.

50 Cent is teaming up with Planet Hollywood for a new NYC venue… sort of. The entertainment hub will host pop-up concerts, private parties, movie premieres and other high-end events, all at Planet Hollywood’s flagship Times Square location. They may expand the plan to other American cities too.

And don’t believe the recent romance rumors surrounding Nicole Kidman and her ‘Scarpetta’ costar Simon Baker. A “source close to the pair” said, “They’ve known each other for years and are good friends. That is it.”
