January 14, 2020 12:00 amCongrats to Joy from Central Huron Secondary School. This deserving young lady is crowned Project Cinderella for 2020 and she’s off to the The Old Mill to choose the Prom Dress of her dreams and to The Beauty Spot to get ready for prom.
101.7 the One has once again teamed up with The Old Mill and we’re giving you a chance to nominate a deserving student to win the prom dress of their dreams along with shoes and accessories valued at $500*. And… the winner also receives a manicure and lash session from Beauty Spot in Owen Sound. We’ll stop by and surprise the winner.
We’re looking for young ladies who make a difference in their communities and schools and who you think deserves some recognition. Nominate them by completing the online form below. Tell us in 100 words or less why they deserve the prom dress of their dreams.

The Old Mill is open 7 days a week and they keep track of where every single dress is going….they don’t want anyone disappointed on their special day with another girl wearing the same dress….they make sure this never happens.
The Old Mill realizes how busy everyone is…so for groups of 2 or more you can arrange to shop after hours…to help make your prom dress shopping even that more special!! All you need to do is call ahead to 519-523-4595 and arrange a time.
