Instagram is testing a new image-sharing app called Instants.

The app is only available in Spain and Italy right now, lets users share disappearing photos with their friends that can be viewed only once and remain available for 24 hours.

With Instants, you capture a photo in a single tap, with no editing allowed. The app doesn’t allow uploads from your camera roll and only lets you capture and share content using the in-app camera. You can add text to your “instants,” but you can’t modify them any further.

Instants is designed for quick, real-life snapshots, much like Snapchat.

The app is available on iOS and Android.

Heads up if you’re heading to Toronto this weekend – The Gardiner Expressway will shut down this weekend from 11 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for maintenance work.

Crews will handle everything from pothole repairs and paving to bridge inspections and drainage work. So heads up if you’re heading to the Jays game this weekend.

The WK Kellogg Co. says it’s putting toys back in select cereals for the first time in over a decade.

Starting Sunday, special edition boxes of Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, Apple Jacks and Corn Pops will include plastic toys tied to Toy Story 5, which hits theatres in June.

Cereal prizes were once a staple, but faded over the years due to cost concerns and safety issues — including recalls over choking hazards and battery concerns.

Kellogg says the comeback is all about bringing back simple, screen-free fun for families — and giving parents a chance to share a bit of their own childhood with their kids.
