Still no Lotto Max jackpot winner.

No winning ticket was sold for the Friday night draw – the $70-million jackpot itself remains unclaimed after no ticket matched all seven winning numbers: 02, 04, 20, 23, 25, 41 and 47. The Bonus number was 26.
Three tickets came close, matching six of the seven winning numbers plus the Bonus. Each of those tickets is worth $92,391.90.
With nobody taking the top prize, the jackpot will climb to $75 million for tomorrow’s draw.

The moon is about to make Jupiter disappear.
Early Tuesday morning, just before sunrise, the moon will pass directly in front of Jupiter, temporarily blocking the planet from view. It’s called a lunar occultation, and it’ll be visible across Southwestern Ontario. Jupiter is bright enough to see with the naked eye, so you don’t need a telescope — just a clear view of the eastern sky.
The “show” begins around 4:25 a.m., look toward the eastern sky — that’s when the moon will start passing in front of Jupiter, making the bright planet disappear. Jupiter will slowly re-emerge around 5:25, giving early risers a pretty spectacular celestial show.
