Frankie-Lynn is a beautiful 4-year-old Coonhound with the sweetest soul, and she’s searching for a patient family willing to help her discover just how wonderful life can be.

The shelter has been a scary place for Frankie-Lynn, so she’s hoping to find a calm home where she can finally relax, build her confidence, and let her true personality shine. One-on-one, she shows us just how loving and affectionate she is-she simply needs a little time, understanding, and kindness to feel safe.

Like any true hound, Frankie-Lynn has a curious nose and isn’t afraid to use her voice now and then! She’ll enjoy a family who appreciates her houndy charm and is happy to provide gentle guidance, enrichment, and supervised outdoor adventures while she continues to gain confidence in new environments.

Frankie-Lynn gets along well with both large and small dogs, but she would do best in a home without cats or other small animals. Her ideal family will understand that progress comes in small steps and will celebrate every milestone along the way.
