Passport To Paradise

1. Travel reservation must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the planned departure;
2. Travel insurance, vaccination fees, seat selection fees and personal expenses are not included in
the prize;
3. The trip must be completed by April 30th, 2027 (the return flight must be completed by this date);
4. Certain travel periods are excluded: Air Transat blackout dates: December 17, 2026, to January 5,
2027; February 26, 2027, to March 11, 2027.
5. Air Transat Terms and Conditions available on Air Transat website apply, including cancellation due
to health or other reasons. No rescheduling is possible once a reservation has been made (please
consult the Air Transat website);
6. Reservations are subject to Air Transat flight availability;
7. In the event of unexpected circumstances, Transat reserves the right to change the trip dates by a
few days after informing the winner;
8. No extension of the validity date is permitted, including in cases of force majeure, events beyond the
control of the parties or for any other reason, and tickets are not exchangeable, transferable or
refundable and represent no monetary value;
9. On the date of travel, the winner and his/her companion must be legally entitled to leave and return
to Canada and must be legally entitled to enter and leave the country in which he/she is travelling. It
is the responsibility of the winner and his/her companion to obtain proper travel documents and
travel insurance as required by the appropriate authorities, including without limitation, visas,
passports and vaccination certificates prior to departure, at their expense;
10. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same flights, on the same outbound and return
dates.
11. Air Transat and its shareholders, directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, members,
sponsors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns will not assume any liability whatsoever
for any postponement, delay or cancellation of the flight for any reason whatsoever, including, but
not limited to, weather conditions, equipment failure or defect. In this regard, the winner hereby
waives any and all recourse whatsoever, present, future or prospective, against Air Transat and its
shareholders, directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, members, sponsors, agents,
representatives, successors and assigns in connection with the subject matter hereof or in
connection, directly or indirectly, with any postponement, delay or cancellation of the flight.
