Official Rules and Regulations – 10th Annual Fall Haul Presented by Oxford Dodge

Draw to be made on Saturday, October 31st, 2026 at Oxford Dodge (1249 Hyde Park Road, London, Ontario, N6H 5K6. (11:15 a.m.- MUST BE PRESENT AT 10:00 am TO REGISTER WITH VALID PHOTO I.D.) Contestants must be at least 18 years of age to enter and reside within the Classic Rock, 98.1 listening area. (London, Ontario coverage area)
ON AIR QUALIFYING: (total qualifiers MAX 90)
Contestants must listen to Classic Rock 98.1 FM weekdays between September 28th, 2026 and October 23rd, 2026 (excluding Holidays) for their cue to qualify. They will be listening for the FALL HAUL Classic Rock Cue to text five times daily on weekdays. Announcers will give contestants a KEY WORD to text. (C.T.T. will air at 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am 1:00pm, and 3:00pm) When they hear the Classic Rock cue to TEXT, they must text the KEY WORD to the Classic Rock Text line Powered by Andy’s Auto Wreckers at 519-679-3733. The 98th unique person to text, per execution, will instantly qualify. Should fewer than 98 unique people text during an execution, one person who texted during that execution will be chosen at random to qualify.
ONLINE QUALIFYING:
September 28th – October 30th, Classic Rock 98.1 (Blackburn Media Inc.) will randomly draw one name from all online entries and contact that person, who will instantly qualify. Those who are registered Classic Rock Empire members will receive an e-blast linked to an online entry form. (Online contest page also lives at classicrock981.com September 28th through October 30th for the general public to apply –must reside within the Classic Rock, 98.1 listening area, Greater London, Ontario Area). Qualifiers will be drawn at random each week from September 28th – October 30th from all online entries and contacted directly. Qualifiers do not need to be listening to qualify.

Prizes have no cash value. None of the prizes are transferable or convertible to cash, and each must be accepted as awarded. The prizes may not be sold to, bartered with, or purchased by a third party. Prizes are non-transferable.
One of the above-mentioned prizes will be available for the ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER to redeem after being the last name remaining in a random reverse DRAW. Only ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be selected at the draw event, who will then have the choice of one (1) of the 18 $10,000 prizes listed. Qualifiers, and therefore winner, must be present on Saturday, October 31st, 2026 at 10:00 am at Oxford Dodge and be registered by 10:45 am in order to be eligible for the grand prize draw, which takes place at 11:15 am sharp.
Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals, food, gas or taxes that may arise out of the winner’s receipt of this prize.
Drawing: All qualifiers will be required to produce a government-issued photo ID as proof of identification, age and residency when they sign in on Saturday, October 31st, 2026 at Oxford Dodge, London, Ontario. Anyone found breaking the rules will be disqualified. If the qualifier does not comply with the Contest Rules, the qualifier will be declared ineligible. If the winner cannot use or chooses not to use any portion of the prize, the prize will be deemed to be forfeited, and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded. On site, on the day of the draw, Classic Rock 98.1 will perform a reverse draw from all qualifiers in attendance. The last name selected will be awarded the GRAND PRIZE WINNER. That person will have 98 seconds to select their ONE prize on stage, or will forfeit their prize. THEN…after the GRAND PRIZE has been awarded, we will pull one more name (from all qualifiers who did not win the GRAND PRIZE), and that person will win a $5,000 gift card from one business of their choice, from the 15 remaining participating clients.
Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be a legal Canadian citizen and currently reside in CLASSIC ROCK, 98.1 over the air Broadcast Area. You must be (18) years of age or older. You are not eligible if, at any point during this time you are (or are an immediate family member with) an employee, representative or agent of CLASSIC ROCK 98.1, Blackburn Media Inc., Oxford Dodge, Andrews Sports, Arva Appliances, Carstar London, Clay Design, Construction & Cabinetry, Coastal Pools, Donaldson Home Services, Garage Living London, Huron Flooring, London Gold Buyer, Moffatt & Powell Rona, Porky’s BBQ Hearth & Spa, Real Canadian Superstore, Rydel Roofing, Spartan, The Country Tool Shed, Warehouse Guys, and White Oaks Mall or their respective parents, partners, affiliates or licensees. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren; this also includes any other person (not blood related) residing within the same household. Employees of third-party clients cannot enter this contest.
Limitations: You may only qualify once throughout the duration of this contest.
All expenses not specifically listed as being part of the Prize(s) are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that all necessary insurance and licensing documents are obtained for the winner. All participants agree to be bound to these rules: Void where prohibited by Canadian law. Ontario is the governing law.

If winner selects Backyard Renovation from Moffatt and Powell Rona, note that installation is not included in the prize.

Release of Information: Participation constitutes permission for CLASSIC ROCK, 98.1 (CKLO FM), Blackburn Media Inc., and ALL OTHER SPONSORS, as well as other partners\sponsors in this promotion without any further obligation to the contest winner, to use the winner’s photo, name, likeness, voice, video and sobriquet for purposes of advertising or promotion.
Hold Harmless: By accepting the Prize(s), the contest winner(s) agrees to release all sponsoring parties and their parent suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any subcontractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, related corporate entities and representatives of any of the above organizations, from and against any and all claims for losses, damages, death or injury, however caused directly or indirectly with the prize or the contest, or use and acceptance sustained by said winner arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. BLACKBURN MEDIA INC., and ALL OTHER SPONSORS, reserve the right to reclaim a prize if all terms and conditions are not accepted as written in the “Official Rules and Regulations”. It is further understood that there are certain terms and conditions associated with such Prize(s) that I agree to comply with.
