Celebrity Status – Ted Lasso Finale, Reboot Of GLEE, And More BSB!

For Thursday, October 8th:

The Ted Lasso season 4 finale will see some big changes to AFC Richmond as ‘someone’ departs. No spoilers here! I did not click on that headline because I didn’t want to know. The episode entitled “Being Alive” dropped this week, and also marks the return of a few familiar (and much beloved) faces. Will there be a season 5? Apple TV has not formally ordered Season 5 *yet*, but cast members and executives have expressed strong optimism.

We heard rumblings of this a few weeks ago, and now… Don’t stop believin’, Gleeks! A reboot of ‘GLEE’ is one step closer to becoming a reality, according to Ryan Murphy, one of the people behind the original.
Murphy told Entertainment Tonight on Sept. 23rd that they have a script, and that he has spoken with “around 10 of the original cast members” about reprising their roles for a new version of the show.

Coming to Netflix today, Josh Hartnett stars in the new limited series ‘Below’ which involves tragedy, loss, and the resilience of Newfoundlanders. Plus there’s something in the water. One review said except for Hartnett’s hilarious attempt at a Newfoundland accent, “Below” is a gripping watch.

And the BackStreet Boys have added two more dates to what they’re calling their Toronto residency in February, making that eight dates altogether.
