Alan Jackson Opens Museum And Whiskey Distillery In Downtown Nashville
June 20, 2026 7:00 amAlan Jackson will launch his museum and whiskey distillery on June 25th at 121 3rd Ave. South in Nashville, adjacent to the Johnny Cash Museum.
The Alan Jackson’s Silverbelly Whiskey Distillery and Museum combines exhibits about the country star’s life and career with an onsite distillery producing his Silverbelly Whiskey brand, introduced in 2022.
Visitors aged 21 and older can tour the museum while sampling whiskey that goes “from barrel to bottle on site.”
The venue occupies space previously housing Show Pony and Johnny Cash Bar and BBQ, across from Lainey Wilson’s Bellbottoms Up.
The “Chattahoochee” singer also owns AJ’s Good Time Bar on Broadway, making him unique among Nashville artists.
While celebrity museums have struggled in the area, with Patsy Cline and Glen Campbell venues closing, Jackson’s experience with his successful bar may provide an advantage.
