The American Heart Association caught up with Ella Langley and her crew on tour to teach them how to perform hands-only CPR.

Even her dog Crue got in on the action.

In case you didn’t know, Ella’s song “Choosin’ Texas” is the perfect tempo to do CPR to. It has 112 beats per minute.

The AHA recommends performing chest compressions at a rate of 100 to 120 per minute.
