Kenny Chesney Reflects On Joy, Gratitude At New Country Music Hall Of Fame Exhibit

Kenny Chesney got an emotional first look at his new exhibit, Kenny Chesney: Living in Fast Forward, at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

The career-spanning display, located near the museum’s iconic rotunda, traces his journey from East Tennessee childhood to record-breaking stadium tours. Chesney, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame earlier this year, said the most meaningful part wasn’t the awards or milestones.

“It’s really interesting to see your life laid out like that, like this, because I lived it once, but to see it again is really strange. But I’m very proud of it. The thing that I saw when I first walked in, and I see a lot of my band and crew here tonight, is the amount of fun that we’ve had. I went on the road, I can’t even believe I’m saying this. I went on the road the first time in November of 1993. It’s crazy to think about. And we are having just as much fun today as we did then. Just ask my band.”

The exhibit is open now, included with regular museum admission, and runs through June 2027.
