Riley Green Buys Guitar From Stranger On Facebook Marketplace

Riley Green skipped the middleman and personally showed up to buy a Gibson J-45 acoustic guitar from a stranger on Facebook Marketplace.

The seller, in Panama City Beach, Florida, shared his surprise online after discovering who he was dealing with.

“When I got to the agreed-upon meeting spot, it turned out to be Riley Green himself. This guy didn’t have to meet up with this regular Joe. Heck, he could have sent anybody to buy my guitar!”

The Gibson J-45 is a classic acoustic model retailing around $2,000 new and known for its warm, rich tone — well suited for country and folk music.

The seller added, “I hope to see him throwing them pick marks on her soon.”
