Tracy Lawrence Says Country Stars In The ’90s Were Wilder Than Rock Stars

Tracy Lawrence thinks country stars are wilder than rockstars. At least back in the ’90s.  

Wheeler Walker Jr. joined Tracy on his podcast, TL’s Road House, and said country artists did come wild things back in the day.

“Before social media, we were wild as hell.  I saw the documentary about the dirt on Motley Crue.  They didn’t have [crap] on us. When people say, ‘You need to write a book,’ because I’ve got a lot of stories, I’m like, ‘I gotta wait for a lot more people to die first.’  I say that in jest, but yes (I could end careers) . . . we had so much fun back in the ’90s.  It was wild.”
