Tim McGraw Talks Lifestyle Book
November 18, 2019 5:30 amTim McGraw recently released his first health and lifestyle book called Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life.
He said the book was a great way to share his own story of transformation and commitment, something he is frequently asked about.
“You know, I get asked a lot about my fitness journey over the years and what I do and how to stay consistent and all those things. And, it’s really hard to do that in a 5 to 10-minute interview, which is usually most the time I get to talk to someone. So, to have the opportunity to sit down and write Grit & Grace in long-form, with a lot of help I might add, is something that was a great experience for me. Actually, the process of it motivated me even more. So, it was cathartic for me and motivational for me and I hope somebody gets something out of it.”
Grit & Grace was released earlier this month.
Earlier this year, Tim opened the first in his own custom line of boutique fitness clubs, called TRUMAV Fitness, in Nashville.
Tim will release his first vinyl greatest hits album, The Biggest Hits, on Nov. 29th exclusively at Walmart.
He is also featured on the November cover of WebMD magazine.
