Keith Urban Peforms Live On Social Media
March 18, 2020 5:26 amCircumstances have prevented Keith Urban’s fans from coming to see him perform live so instead he brought the music to his fans using social media on Monday, March 16th.
He set up with musician Jeff Linsenmaier, who played keyboards and percussion during the set.
Their 30-plus minute performance was streamed live from a warehouse in Nashville that holds Keith’s gear. He told viewers,
”We thought we’d just set this up and stream it tonight, mostly because I was supposed to be playing tonight, and I just thought it would be nice to be able to play to anyone.” He was scheduled to play the Houston Rodeo, which, of course, was cancelled due to coronavirus concerns. Keith joked, “I’ve got limited people here of course. I’m just basically playing karaoke.”
Keith’s wife, Nicole Kidman, was also enjoying the performance, where she could be seen dancing off to the side.
