Reba McEntire faked everyone out on Monday, December 4 when she wore a diamond ring on “The Voice” red carpet.

It was on the fourth finger of her left hand, which made everyone think she had some big news to share.

But when asked about it she said, quote,

“I just found it. I told [my brand manager] ‘Imma put something over here, just let everybody talk about it.'”

So, no, she’s still NOT engaged to lifelong bachelor, actor Rex Linn.
