Jelly Roll Can Finally Tour Internationally

Jelly Roll has taken the world by storm, but only his music.

He’s NEVER performed internationally, and there’s a reason for that.

His previous felonies for armed robbery, and a slew of drug offences from when he was younger, have made it so that America hasn’t wanted to give him a passport, and other countries don’t want him in.

But there’s good news… he and his people have FINALLY started clearing the path for him to take his show ABROAD.

He has his first international gig in Canada next month. He’s playing a show in St. Catherines for a foundation which is “dedicated to offering indigenous youth support for mental health and addictions,” and he’s also playing Ottawa Bluesfest.

It’s unclear if any other international gigs are in the pipeline.

Meanwhile, Jelly’s new song, “I Am Not Okay” just came out.

“I wrote ‘I Am Not OK,’ because a lot of people in the world are not OK. It doesn’t matter what you have or what you don’t have, people still have problems. Mental health is real. I have prided myself on being someone who makes real music for real people with real problems and it’s OK to not be OK. I hope this song helps people or at least lets them know they are not alone.”
