What Gives Carrie Underwood Anxiety

Even though Carrie Underwood is now a judge on “American Idol”, the anxiety of being a contestant has never left her.

She posted a funny video where they were at the judges table and about to start rolling and she said,

“For the record, the ‘American Idol’ music gives me anxiety. I get this flash of fear in my heart, like nervousness. Because it’s the same. PTSD.”

And she’s right, while many things have changed on “Idol” over the years, the one constant is that dramatic intro music.

Which means that you’re never free from the stress of being a contestant on that show, even when your net worth is $120 million.
