Tim McGraw Says Faith Hill Saved His Life And Career

Tim McGraw recently opened up on “The Tim Ferriss Show” and got real about his past.

He said fame, money, and success pushed him into heavy drinking and drugs early in his career.

“I was drinking a lot. I was just doing everything. I was a kid in a candy store.”

But he said when Faith Hill came into his life, quote, “She started tapping the brakes for me.”

Tim believes if he had not met Faith, his career would have burned out fast.

“Once I met her, I didn’t want to lose her. She’s magic.”

Tim says without Faith, he would not be the artist he is today.

The couple married in 1996 and will celebrate 30 years together later this year.

Tim also broke down what people need to make it in the music industry.
