[LISTEN] Capri Hero Salute SPOTLIGHT: MANDY Nominates Her Fitness Friend HEATHER

MANDY JANISSE nominated her friend HEATHER MORRIS for the following reasons:

Heather works as a Fitness Instructor in Windsor and Essex County. When the pandemic hit, she hit back! She was laid off from all the facilities she worked for, one by one as they closed. But she did not give up. She has been offering online fitness classes multiple times a week since April. She has always suggested a donation would be appreciated, however did not press others for money as she knew they may be struggling too. She has continued to smile through this pandemic, and encourage others to smile. She may not be considered an essential worker, but she has been an essential factor to staying physically and mentally fit for so many people. She is definitely a hero.
