We think we all need a good dog story today…

Taylor Ross from Farmington Hills across the river is thankful today for the kindness of two local teens. Her dog Albert is now back home.

Nolan Richards and Andrew Zanakin, who are 15, said they were at baseball practice at a nearby park when they saw a lost dog. They approached him and he started to lead the way… to his HOME!

The dog’s collar had his name on it, along with the owner’s — so when they saw that it matched the name on the house, they knew they were in the right place. No one was home — so they decided to wait … for over an hour.

Finally the owner saw them on her  Ring doorbell.

Taylor thanked the teens and instructed them on how they could get Albert back inside, but in the rush she forgot to get their contact information.
After posting a pic on a Farmington Facebook community page, Taylor found the teens. She said she’s sending them a little reward.
