[WATCH] Two Rescued From Truck Dangling 😨 Over An Idaho Gorge

An Idaho couple survived an accident that left their truck hanging off a bridge… over a Gorge! Witnesses told police the driver of a pickup truck that was pulling a 30-foot camp trailer lost control of his vehicle. The truck then flipped over the bridge and the safety chain, which was attached between the truck and the camper, was the only thing keeping the truck from falling 80-100 feet down the Gorge!

With lives literally hanging in the balance, the troopers on the scene managed to find more chains from a nearby semi-truck driver and attached them to the dangling truck, which helped secure it from falling. Then first responders repelled down to the dangling pickup truck from the bridge and from a helicopter, attached a harness to the two people, and raise them to safety.

The man and woman thank goodness were both wearing seatbelts and were alert and not seriously injured. The two small dogs inside the vehicle were also pulled to safety.  A reflection of the training, team work, and dedication of those who serve!
