Greg Sykes, who is originally from Windsor, is a real estate agent in Niagara On The Lake and has a hilariously talented way to present his listings.

From jumping on horse back to flute-playing on a bridge, these SNL like shorts are certainly going to brighten your day even if you’re not in the market for a home.

Morgan also has a deep connection to Greg. He was in a local boy band called INTENSE! They even sang at her surprise Sweet 16 birthday party.
