Jacob Robson, a 26-year-old from Windsor,  was the Tigers’ eighth-round pick in 2016 after a four-year career at Mississippi State. He finally had his dream of playing for DETROIT come true, making his Major League Baseball debut last Thursday in Baltimore. But the life of a rookie is a tough one, just days after that debut he was sent back down again. For now….

Since entry to the United States by land is restricted still, to seeing your son make his big-league debut isn’t on the essential travel list. Jacobs parents opted for a different route to see him play.

Morgan caught up with JILL SCHRODER, Jakes Mom this morning to talk about his wild ride.
