Zac Brown’s ‘Chicken Fried’ is trending alone with the invasion of Ukraine becasue NBC and MSNBC are getting called out for going from ominous breaking news of Russia invading Ukraine directly into an Applebee’s commercial featuring “Chicken Fried”. Here’s the awkward transition.

It goes to show how hard it is to navigate when war is so fluid because that was likely a paid ad that was scheduled moths ago.
