Charges Dropped Against Bailey Zimmerman In Hotel Damage Case
June 26, 2026 5:58 amBailey Zimmerman has had criminal charges dropped after allegedly causing $16,000 in damage to a room at the Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in May.
The 26-year-old faced a fourth-degree felony for criminal damage to property and a misdemeanour for falsely obtaining services.
The Bernalillo County district attorney’s office dismissed the case after full restitution was made.
His attorney told Rolling Stone that Zimmerman “took immediate responsibility for his mistake,” adding they were “grateful to the Pueblo of Sandia and the District Attorney’s Office for this just and swift resolution.”
Zimmerman, a former gas-pipeline worker who rose to fame on TikTok, issued a public apology, saying he was “deeply sorry” for his actions.
