Dolly Parton’s unpublished memoir has reportedly sold for $13 million to Grand Central Publishing following a fierce bidding war.

Literary agency Folio, which previously handled her book Songteller: My Life in Lyrics, brokered the deal.

Sources say the opening bid was $12 million before Grand Central Publishing topped it with the winning offer.

It remains unclear what the memoir will cover.

Parton’s longtime manager, Danny Nozell, confirmed she “worked up until the day she died,” with numerous projects planned for release.

The country music legend passed away on August 25 at the age of 80.
